he PET Emission Phantom L981606 complies with the phantom design of the NEMA standard NU2-2007. The phantom is described in Section 7 "Image quality, accuracy of attenuation and scatter corrections." It has the same asymmetric shape as the CEC and the IEC body phantom and simulates the human body in the range of thorax and abdomen. A circular cover with six mounted, hollow glass spheres completes the phantom.
